This is a place the like of which you've never seen! A city out of control! A future that could be ours, if we're not careful...
Twelve episodes told in cartoon strips cast a satirical eye on a range of contemporary issues that confront our society. They bring us face to face with problems whose solutions still evade us and ask us to consider the price of not addressing the issues and finding workable solutions.
Each episode highlights a specific concern and gradually the picture of an out-of-control city develops, as problem piles upon problem and the impotent Council retreats to the safety of its City Hall bunker.
The stories can simply be enjoyed in their own right, but used in conjunction with the twelve Coffeetropolis Mindprobes, in the 'Teacher Notes' section, the site is designed to help young people explore the issues raised in each episode.
